  This location has harassed me for the last 4 weeks. Even after I blocked their calls. I have had the same insurance for the last 3 years, with a different company than allstate. The last time I looked at changing insurance was then. These guys proceed to call me nonstop (2 to 4 calls a day). Wanting me to change to them. Using information that was 3 plus years old. If someone doesn't answer or return your calls take that as a sign that they are happy where they are. Do not continue to constantly call them nonstop to get them to change to your higher priced insurance that doesn't even represent your current situation!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I cancelled all of my policies with them in January 2019. Been getting charged every month since then. No apology, just told me I was supposed to write in and cancel for one of the three policies, which wasn't told me to me when I said to cancel them all. It also isn't written into my policy at any point, I read the extensive literature of the policy thoroughly. I now can't cancel my policy without written form or by denying all charges through my financial institution. I don't call that customer service, I call that fraudulent charges and subject to charges in small claims court. Don't choose Allstate, especially don't choose this agency. I won't even mention my not-at-fault claim from September that is still being settled due to denying all injury claims and forcing me to hire an attorney to ensure my medical bills are covered when I wasn't even at fault. Also, I have a clean driving record since 2012 and have been a perfect insurance holder, missing no payments and no late payments for over a decade, yet they can't handle my single claim (EVER) where I wasn't even at fault.
