- MKMatthew KolankoApr 2, 20261.0I contacted the Tim Taylor Agency to cancel my Allstate policy after finding a more affordable premium elsewhere. The agency informed me that, because I still had one month remaining before renewal, I was required to pay the final month’s premium—even though my next payment was not due for another seven days. When I stated that I would remove my payment information from the Allstate app, the agency responded by threatening legal action in small claims court. I then contacted Allstate directly through their 1-888 customer service line, where a representative was able to cancel my policy the same day and confirmed that a refund would be issued. I wish we had the option to not select a star because this agency is not even worth 1 star.

- ICIke CampbellNov 18, 20255.0I was given the best offer, best service, best reply, and when I had a question or didn’t understand something the Sales Agent gave me a thought out, educated, and respectful answer that always made sense to me and helped me understand what I need, he didn’t push to upsell too much in that annoying way some sales reps do, and he understood that I have a budget and helped me work around what I can afford while also considering what I need. It’s especially helpful because this was my first time getting auto insurance and I anticipate that is the service is this amazing moving forward I will never have to get insurance again. Brad Fowler was the best and most helpful sales agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and I anticipate will work with for a long time. I would definitely recommend asking for Brad but I’m sure anyone at this agency will be a great help for you.
