  Rudest agent I have ever delt with. Horrible attitude every time I call in for something. Moved everything to another agent. If I could move this last policy away from him, I would. But this is not an option to move agents. ZERO Stars! Customer since 2021.

  I would absolutely NEVER use Tim Madison. When I was questioning him why my bill was so high and why I was paying for services that we did not need, he stopped me mid sentence and told me he had other people that needed to talk to him. I am glad he did that because it forced me to find someone else. After talking to others it sounds like he has a reputation for being rude! Tim I am glad you don’t need my business!
