Tim then contacted me one time leaving a voicemail and one other time we spoke on the phone, in regards to their visual inspection of the outside of my home. They are saying the roof is a hazard and sent me 2 pictures via email of my roof being a "hazard" with no further explanation. I then had my dad who is a roofer look at the photos, he said he saw nothing wrong other than normal wear and tear. Tim called me today to follow up with me about the status of my roof repairs. I was questioning him about the feedback I received from my dad and a friend whom is a home inspector and he became argumentative and defensive saying he was not calling to argue with me. I was simply asking legitimate quest about their process and how they come to these conclusions. He refused to listen or help me understand and told me after I mentioned getting another home quote that he would gladly cancel my service! Wow! I am paying for your service not the other way around. I would strongly caution anyone who is looking to insure their hundreds of thousands dollars worth of property through this guy. He does not care-how do you trust someone to care for your protection of your home (largest purchase of my life) when they don't have the care or patience to walk you through what the process is and help you understand it. This guy gets one star only because 0 stars was not an option! Shame on Tim for treating a single mother of 2 who is trying to figure out all this new stuff like I am a rich person trying to collect welfare...that's how he made me feel. Good riddance to Tim!
