  I would absolutely NEVER use Tim Madison. When I was questioning him why my bill was so high and why I was paying for services that we did not need, he stopped me mid sentence and told me he had other people that needed to talk to him. I am glad he did that because it forced me to find someone else. After talking to others it sounds like he has a reputation for being rude! Tim I am glad you don’t need my business!

  Tim is great! He is always friendly and willing to going beyond our expectations. He is knowledgeable and always gets back to me when I have questions or concerns.
