  While Stephanie was amazing to work with and made us want to switch all our insurance needs to Allstate, somehow our policy for car got transfered to Stephen and it has been terrible. Filled with automated emails that leads to no answers, no care. Many times we had to triple check things and he ignores messages, keeps pushing for things we already said no and every 6 months there are unexplained raises, hidden fees to our bill without us having used any claims. When asked about it, if we get an answer it is all copy and pasted blurbs that are not personal to us. We had to switch our policy because of this and again he ignored every email we sent and we are still getting automated emails that our bill is due. When we have already canceled the policy and found another company that takes better care of clients. I would stay away from this agent.

  Pam Engman is the best insurance representative I have ever dealt with. She is responsive, professional and takes care of all my insurance needs. So glad to be an Allstate Customer.

  I have been a loyal customer of his and his father's for over 20 years When I was on vacation I needed towed He refused to pay anything! Said l did not add towing to my policy l also got my first ticket He then canceled my policy and told me that if l wanted him to write me another policy l now was going to have to pay 160 dollars a month instead of 80nice guy NOT ! I have found a better insurance company for 1/3 of water He was charging me with my high risk ticket Also added another car too Stay away very far away from this company !!!!! Allstate the company with their hands in your back pocket, Hint AAA lm telling you to get on the internet and get a few quotes from another company. I'm glad l did ! My speeding ticket was the best thing thing that happened to me. Found out how they handled thing at Allstate
