    I recently switched my car insurance to Arce Nacario at Allstate, and the experience has been fantastic.     Sully Was so kind and professional and truly cared about me and my family and putting the right coverage in place I've had some bad experiences with previous agents and this is a completely different feeling i'm so happy i switched!!!

    Such an easy process to switch our home and auto insurance. We worked with Hayley and she made it very easy and within a few emails/messages we were switched. Saved us a lot of money!! Highly recommended!!

    Took 3 weeks to tell me my car was totaled, took almost a week to process everything even with me doing everything the day I received notices for required paperwork and then refused to extend my rental, unless it was last minute causing me to miss out on several vehicles I was looking at forcing me to buy something more expensive because I wouldn't have a vehicle after i turned in my rental. Honestly im debating on dropping allstate and switching back to my old insurance. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Allstates adjusters are extremely slow. Disclaimer: This is allstate the companies fault not the insurance reps fault but that's who they work for. The reps assistants were friendly and and understanding but they have no say in things which is a joke because they are the ones who deal with customers and should have a greater say on certain things. I was told its "allstates policy and they can't do anything further" when I asked for a rental extension several days before it was due for turn in while I waiting on the 2nd party to process everything.
