  They at least use lube. And the customer service is fairly on point and that does mean alot to me.

  I was with this agency for auto insurance since I was 16 years old, then homeowners added in 2002. I was always very happy with Kip and the service I had with this company for so many years until this last spring. Out of nowhere I received a letter that they sent up a drone to inspect my home and that they found that my roof had granular loss and they were dropping me! I had NEVER had a claim on my homeowners insurance, and they didn't even give me an opportunity to have my roof inspected, fixed, etc. Just dropped me after all these years. I was appalled that they would do that to a good, long time customer without warning. I've never experienced anything like this before. I'm happily covered again, with a different largely known insurance company. I'm saving money with them, with identical coverage that I had with Allstate. Perhaps a blessing in disguise. Customer loyalty means nothing to this company, so shop around and save yourself some money, and maybe be with a company that values you.

  When I first started with Allstate I had a horrible agent. He was rude and would yell when I called. Then I got transferred to Adam and it has been the best experience. He is always so friendly and professional. Him and his account manager, Whitney, are the best. They are always so quick to take care of our needs and requests. Thank you so much for making this so easy!
