- ESEmily SNov 10, 20251.0I'm torn writing this review because I had an amazing experience with Allstate Insurance until Johanna, my previous agent, left. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and always went above and beyond. However, things took a drastic turn when Shanshi Weinle took over my policy. Since Shanshi's takeover, I've experienced a significant decline in service quality. Every time I'm late on a payment, I'm bombarded with harassing emails and phone calls. When I reply, I'm met with silence, and the calls and emails continue. The final straw was when I told Shanshi I wanted to cancel my policy she didn’t care, didn't even try looking for discounts that can help me or nothing she just said that’s fine. Very unprofessional also lots of attitude. Every single time I called it was her and I would ask for a different agent and would be put on hold for a long time so I continued to talk to her because it was the easiest. Also Shanshi provided me incorrect renewal pricing information, which led me to cancel my policy. When I checked the app, the price was different from what she quoted. This inconsistency, combined with the poor treatment, made me lose trust in Allstate. If you're looking for a reliable insurance provider, I recommend requesting Johanna (if she's still with Allstate) or exploring other options. I’ve been with Allstate for years and Unfortunately, my experience has not been the best since Johanna left.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The office lady who answered the phone was not only unhelpful but also gave me a lot of attitude. This lack of support and professionalism made me feel neither taken care of, welcomed, nor valued as a customer. I expect better service and consideration from an insurance agency, especially in stressful situations like these. Very disappointed.
