- JJJRFeb 21, 20251.0They are very very expensive. I got a quote from another company for $1900 less every 6 months. They canceled my policy early I called them 2 days before I planned to cancel my policy I called the office to let them know what was going on. I told them that I would call on Friday to cancel my policy. I would call in the morning as I wanted to make sure my new insurance was processed and active. The day before I was gonna call to cancel my new insurance stated that we needed to start six days later. I called Allstate right away to let them know as I had not started my cancellation yet. They told me they already started the cancellation process and that they didn’t think they could Undo the cancellation. I was confused why they already started canceling when I was supposed to call them on Friday to cancel. Needless to say I went through a huge processes. This office could not really help me. I had to call the main Allstate Corp. they tried to help and send me to the back office, which could hopefully stop the cancellation which did not happen. Needless to say I was canceled by Allstate early which meant I had to call the new company I was going with and start insurance immediately as I cannot be Uninsured. Due to them canceling me early it cost me an extra $113 to start early with a new company. I am not happy with the service I got with this branch and with Allstate beware and take your own chances. I did send emails to upper leaders in Allstate CEO, VP, ect telling them what I went through not asking for anything just letting them know my experience.
