  Would leave 0 stars if possible! She was going to send us to unnecessary COLLECTIONS for not paying on a policy that didn't exist. Before we bought our house we called a couple companies looking for QUOTES. She took it as we want a policy on a house we never lived in, we have been begging for those documents that state we signed for the policy, she REFUSED to send us anything unless I was "nicer" on my Google review. Absolutely ridiculous company. Very rude and not a drop of common sense left.

  horrible. to say the least 180 a month on a clean driving record and over 25 yrs old. changed insurance to save 100 a month for the same coverage and was told i owe nothing as of 9-28-25 recived a bill from collections stating i owe allstate 160 for what changing insurance and saving money. what a joke and a scam no one i talked to in "customer service" spoke english. dont bother with this place nothing but lies and scams and rates going up. go to progressive at least save money

  I have had Christie as my agent for awhile and have nothing but good experiences with her and her staff. They always help me understand every change I make and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They have been in business over 20 years
