- MMmonalisaagainApr 30, 20261.0This agent has been the worst experience I've ever had. We agreed to a monthly billing...we found they took $2,000.00 from our acct. We luckily were able to stop payment...went in and discussed the issue and then found they deducted $600.00. Went in and talked to Mike who lied and said we authorized that deduction. Following that guffaw we discovered that they took another almost $200.00. Time to call bbb, the Wisconsin office of the commissioner of insurance and the CEO of allstate.
