  Was a good agency the first years, now I have no idea if my agent is alive or dead. Have not heard from them in at least two years, although , I believe I received one of their cheesy calendars for the holidays. Approximately three weeks ago I again emailed them to contact me, giving them my cell and work number, since email doesn't seem to work for them. Although I think over 1200 a month for health insurance is a bit excessive they seem to be happy with their cut of the action.

  I have been going to Tamer for two years now and the agents there are awesome. Sarah is my agent for my car and her mother is my agent too! They remember you by name and are very quick to return calls. I used to get insurance directly through progressive but Tamer was cheaper and the care was much better. I have called for issues that I could have handled myself by calling progressive but Sarah has taken care of the issues for me. They are always willing to help and have always been able to answer my questions. Frank is very knowledgeable and is able to answer just about anything. I'm very glad that I found this agency not only for the savings but also the service. Thanks for being my agents guys!
