  My husband and I started on our business journey 5 yrs ago and from the first call made shopping for insurance, Schwade Insurance has had by far THE BEST client service! They are kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable! Insurance was intimidating for us at first but Ben walked us through the process and made sure we understood it all. In our industry (roofing) it is one of the most expensive but Ben and his team are always looking for ways to save us money reviewing our policy without us even having to ask. Whenever I call with questions or concerns the secretary is very nice and processional. Alex, another member of the team, whom we’ve been working with for over a year now has been extremely helpful in communicating about any issues we have had; and has resolved everything for us without having to wait weeks or months for a response from the insurance. Whether it’s audit issues or payments not going through, Alex has taken care of all of it for us. He’s been responsive every step of the way, just as Ben has been from the start. We are very happy with them! My husband and I recommend Schwade Insurance over any other company in town! 10/10 for their professionalism, knowledge and ability to get things taken care of and they are fast! You can 100% trust this company. Thank you Ben and Alex for all you do for us!

  I worked with Allison Wladyczak for auto insurance she is incredibly deceptive. She does NOT disclose full details and is incredibly unhelpful. I asked for clarification on fees, she never responded and I had to talk to insurance company customer service which stated details that ended up not being true. Insurance companies have gotten so bad and people like Allison help protect these dealings. After my insurance was canceled she has the gall to ask me if she can help me find new insurance when she is the person who assisted in causing it. I had to file a OCI complaint with state. We, as a whole need to start holding these people accountable. Buyer Beware!!!

  Ben Schwade and his team are friendly, knowledgeable agents. They explained all the coverages in my policy, and have always been quick to make any changes that I request on my coverage.

  One word, FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! My family has had Erie Insurance for over 10 years. In 2015, we switch Agents. Ben, at Schwade, is now our agent. I can't say enough about Ben. He makes sure he provides you with all your insurance options as well as ensuring we fully understand our options. Give them a call you will not regret it.
