I was ready to leave AllState because I couldn't get answers through the corporate website or calling the corporate 800 number. Finding a local agent that took the time to explain options and details, as well as ways to save on my insurance, saved me from having to change insurance companies.

And also everytime I try and email them it takes them 2 weeks to reply I am very disappointed on how this is being manged with poor communication if there is a cheaper option for the same plan then I will be switching ...
