- DBDaniel BoguseMay 4, 20261.0Oh their nice and friendly until you put in a claim and they raise your rates by over $200 for six months. I've been with state farm here for over 30years. They fix my car with aftermarket parts but I'm paying full price for insurance. And the homeowners insurance policy has gone up 30% in one year . Their never in the office and you need to make an appointment to see them and then they deal with it over text messages. Why have an office if you're never there.
