  Charlie was fantastic to work with! He helped me lower my insurance premium by a significant amount compared to the company I was previously insured with, and he made the entire process so easy. My family has also worked with Mary Kay at State Farm for many years, so we already knew this was a great, reputable business. Charlie absolutely lived up to that reputation. He was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. He also helped my family with a smooth transition of ownership and policy concerns!! I’m so glad I made the switch back to State Farm! 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a great insurance agent!

  We had storm damage on July 1st which resulted in our first claim we ever had to file with State Farm. Kyle was extremely helpful and was with us the entire time. We had weekly calls to discuss the progress. Kyle was excellent to work with, listen to our concerns and addressed each one. Thank you for your guidance with this process, Like a Good Neighbor, Kyle was there!!

  Working with Kyle was such a pleasure! He was very knowledgeable and diligent in explaining things I didn’t quite understand.   My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Jack as soon as he took over our account, we had a rather complex issue that needed his immediate attention. He didn't have all the answers but got back to us within a day or two with a positive response. We have been with State Farm for several decades and have had a few agents, he's very knowledgeable and at the top of that list. Aside from insurance, his background includes investments. I highly recommend him.

  I've known Jack for more than a few years, dating back to working summers together while he was in high school at Mulligans Driving Range in Neenah. I kept in contact while he was playing college baseball and recently found out that he opened his agency. Jack was there to establish insurance coverage for my recent condo purchase and life insurance. As always, very personable and knowledgeable in his crafts. Being retired, I've owned many homes and cars. Without hesitation, I would say that Jack is the best agent that I've worked with to date!
