I'm an insurance dork, but everyone else in our office is freaking awesome. We have a happy space because we ENJOY each other and truly, madly, deeply love our community. (We want to treat you right because we will probs run into you at the grocery store -- so we love up on ALL our friends in Eau Claire, Altoona, Lake Hallie, Chippewa Falls, and everybody in between!) Don't expect to see 3-piece suits or stilettos when you visit... our goal is to make YOU look and feel really, really smart, not perch on pedestals displaying designer duds. Come see us downtown, have a bite to eat, catch a show at Phoenix Park and walk away with delightfully-scented auto, home, life, business, motorcycle, renters, condo, or PARROT coverage in town. When I moved to the area for college I had never held my own insurance before, and Deb’s team helped teach me what insurance does, explained my coverages and limits, and did it all in a way I could understand! …And I have NEVER seen such awesome holiday decor..!
- DDDonnieD3 days ago1.0By far the most unprofessional State Farm office I've worked with. No one answers the phone. Their answering machine and texting feature is what they use tp deal with important policy changes. Bunch of incompetent lazy kids working there.

- DDDaveJun 17, 20261.0Yup, finally got around to filing a claim for my vehicle damaged in the hail storm wr had last may (2025) filed in April due to unforseen and other events out of my control. Went to my local body shop that ive been using for 30 plus years and got an estimate, sent in the pics with the estimate and got 1/3 of what the estimate was for. Called them down there and was told that the pics were blurry and hard to see. Nope was perfect pics. 2700 wont even cover my roof let alone my hood as well. Have to file a supplemental claim now. All this running around. Ill be taking my home and cars somewhere else after this debacle. Never went to bat for us. Left us out in the cold. Not surprised one bit.

Tyler worked with me so professionally, efficiently, and kindly to get us new coverage on New Year’s Eve! Very competitive rates and of course the excellent reputation that is State Farm! I’ve had other coverage with State Farm for decades and wouldn’t recommend any other company! Thanks Deb and Tyler!
