  Maveli she was a lot of help and very patient out of bounce around come back to the shop couple times and she was very patient and answered all my questions perfectly but I understand she took time to help me understand I recommend them Vern Falk and and she'll get any reference if people ask me about insurance and who to go to thanks again

  A staff member quoted me a great price for monthly payment. But then proceeded with with a request for a large down-payment. I stated I couldn't get that right away, I wld need 3-4 days to come up with the down-payment. He stated the deal may change. Although he was polite, that shocked me. I emailed him today, no response. I called the office. Apparently coworkers dont take messages. I've been calling both numbers on his card, no answer. Why bother giving a card if you never intend to respond. I will be able to pay 3 days from now, but am discouraged as my quote may change.

  La atención por parte de Eusebio Manzano fue excelente, es una persona muy agradable que te ayuda a tomar tu póliza de acuerdo a tus necesidades, el habla español así que la comunicación es muy buena y te explica todo muy bien, súper recomendado quedé muy feliz con mi nueva póliza y espero que él siga en esta empresa ayudando a más gente para que puedan disfrutar de un buen producto, Eugenio de verdad muchas gracias por tu ayuda que mi Dios te guarde y bendiga y sigas con ese espíritu de servicio para todos tus clientes.
