The timeline of these screenshots of emails between me and this agency speaks for itself……..I started my policy on June 5th…..they still hadn’t fixed or resolved my issue by the 24th so this is what they call immediately Started service with her a few months ago and this lady first sent me wrong temporary insurance cards, Then took about two weeks to fix that. Then I couldn’t see my payments online or account, so there was no way for me to make them online. I had to call into her office. I called her to make a payment on the 8th The payment was pending in my account, but she didn’t process it until the 21st!!!!!!! All the transactions I had made between that timeframe was coming out of money that should’ve been spent! So when she finally processed it my bank account was overdrawn!!! Then when I called upset wanting answers she hung up in my face!! She’s rude and doesn’t know what she doing! Save your bank account and go elsewhere! She’s a scammer
