I had a great experience working with Jake Kuntz at Freeway Insurance. He was very pleasant to talk to, friendly, and even had me laughing during the process. He took the time to answer my questions and found me an insurance quote that was much better than what I was paying with Progressive. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking for a better insurance rate.
