My prev experience with other State Farm agents hasn't been this good; they never felt very personable. Also, my experience with other insurance companies like Progressive felt very detached and robotic, since we don't really deal with a person. All in all, I'm glad Tori reached out to me, because I would've continued paying an exorbitant amount to my former insurance company.

Sally is who I work with most frequently, and she is always incredibly responsive, helpful, and such a pleasure to talk to. One of the things I appreciate most is that they are always looking for ways to help us save money while also making sure we have the right coverage. They are proactive about reviewing our insurance and making recommendations when something could benefit us, but I have never felt pressured or pushed into purchasing additional products or coverage we don’t need.
