  I just received great service from Helen Arnold at the Port Angeles Allstate. She was professional and prompt, signing me up for very competitive auto insurance over the phone. She gave me exactly what I asked for and did not try to push extras. She was patient & helpful with all my questions. I would highly recommend this family owned & operated agency!

  Allstate has served me extremely well for over 25 years. It is indispensible to be able to depend on Matt and Helen every time I need them. When I have difficulty understanding changes or new coverage I can get immediate, kind explanations. They seem to always be willing to be there for me in any way. Their great service, thorough professionalism and understanding of all different types of needs is what I have always been able to count on. They are the very best.

  Samantha Delgado did a great job in providing a quote for my car insurance that was lower than my current policy by more than $100. My renters insurance was also lowered by more than $100. Her customer service was outstanding. She did a great job getting the coverages I needed for my family. Even though we went back and forth for a few days, she was patient and understanding. Best experience I've had with the insurance agent in a very long time, it was great to work with her. She was friendly, pleasant and detailed, which is something I needed. My text messages and emails were replied to promptly and phone calls were answered each time. Thank you so much Samantha!
