  I'd like to commend Tina at Vern Fonk Pasco for her amazing knowledge and understanding to find affordable insurance for a family member with a poor driving record. She worked with me over the course of 2 hours to arrange a policy. This was done over the phone and with internet links to handle the whole transaction. We need more people like her.   Just want to say it’s only been a short time since going through Vern Fonk to insure my vehicle but my insurance agent Savannah Lee has been amazing to work with she’s made everything really easy and stress free she’s been super reliable when it comes to questions or concerns I might have and has assisted me in every way to make sure I’ve been taken care of so thank you Vern Fonk and thank you Savannah for the great service

  My number #1 stop to insurance shop. I told Tina exactly what I needed and was looking for and she made it happen. I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything or forced to make a decision. I got a great rate and she explained what my insurance covered and even reminded me a due date for my next payment before hanging up the phone. Amazing service.
