I choose to go with her on the policies which she customized to my expectations and Allstate beat my existing insurance by far! I was with another agent for many years and even though they were expensive, I valued the agent who I worked with. That is what I valued in this process so it is not just driven by a great price, but more so the person I am working with. Big shout out to Kim on my policy for both home and autos. Excellent!
