- WTWhitney Turpin1 day ago5.0We have been with State Farm for a few years and our premiums have always been fair and affordable for both our vehicles and our home. The customer service is always top notch and I appreciate the personable check ins every couple months.
- SBStefanie Brushwood3 days ago1.0I had been with State Farm for awhile and my rates continued to rise. I had NO tickets or accidents. Keep blaming it on "inflation" and cost in our state. I decided to switch to another insurance company with lower rates. I had paid for my month of insurance with State Farm already, I switched a week and a half after paying for the month due to another massive rate increase. My refund was a whopping 6 dollars!!! I smell a Rat, the math is not adding up. I do not recommend State Farm, their customer service is horrible. How they reward their good drivers who have stayed with them for years, is to keep jacking up their rates! Ridiculous!!!
