Kevin Haywards office and personnel are very nice, but I do not recommend using State Farm in Gig Harbor or Fox Island. There was a massive storm and we ended up having some roof damage with an active leak. We had 3 different contractors and roofers out to investigate and they all deemed it storm damage, however, statefarm (who didnt even climb on the roof themselves due to the pitch) hires a 3rd party guy and they deemed it normal wear and tear….. completely ridiculous. You spend all this money for coverage and when an incident happens, they just deny deny deny and make up nonsense. While we dropped the $20k to replace the whole roof, we didnt even expect them to pay for the entire roof, just help with the costs of the three areas damaged from the storm. I promise, if you go state farm, you will regret it. If you already have state farm and have an up coming claim, avoid Yusuf as your adjuster.

Customer service. Brooke was so helpful. Whenever I have an issue, the office is so helpful and takes care of any issues right then. More often than not, the issue is on my end. lol.

I really enjoy working with State Farm especially Kevin Hayward‘s office. I hear it all the time. I’m so upset with State Farm or they’ll say I’m so upset with farmers and the list goes on and on and on.
Now that being said, if you were insured with State Farm, you would understand what your insurance does and doesn’t do. At Kevin Hayward’s office that couldn’t be more true. They are there to serve you! Now if you Understand the rules that apply to any insurance policy, you would find that State Farm stands out on top of all the rest
