  I reached out to the team at Jordan Carter Agent to add a new rental property to our umbrella insurance policy. Dan Voth went above and beyond what I initially requested—for example, he proactively offered to review quotes for our out-of-state rental property, which is currently insured with another agent, to see if we could improve coverage or reduce premiums. Dan was always responsive, kept us informed throughout underwriting, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Dan!
