  Laura was pleasant and a lot of help. When I tried to cancel my policies, I asked to be notified when the more than $3,000 in charges would be reversed and never heard back. Had to contact head office to figure out what the status of my cancellation was and when to expect to get refunded.

  I was surprised to find lower rates here than with the independent agents I contacted or with Costco’s insurance. Paired with great customer service from Dan and Grant, signing with them was a no brainer

  Everyone here has been great and so friendly especially Laura! Laura helped with everything in getting new car and rented insurance when moving to Washington and really made the insurance process a lot smoother! Highly recommend!

  Danny did an exhaustive analysis to help me make an informed decision. In the end, one form of insurance through Farmers didn’t make sense, but another did. Danny was happy to help me make the right decision regardless, be it with Farmers or an alternative broker. It was also great to work with a real person, versus the omnipresent forms one finds elsewhere. He was patient, informed and great to work with. Farmers will be my first stop from here on out, and I’d recommend them to friends and family, as well as anyone looking for a great insurance experience.
