Each time I called (multiple times) during business hours, I never spoke to a live person, always had to leave a message. I had also attempted reaching out to them via an email message on their website. I received one call back to get more information, I missed this call due to being at work and called back maybe an hour later and had to leave yet ANOTHER voicemail. Over a week later I still had not heard back from them. Needless to say I will NOT be using this agent and will be looking for someone who responds to clients in a more timely fashion.
