He was very friendly and made sure to answer all my questions, as well as giving me some advice on what he thought was best (I am new to getting insurance.)   When you have a relatively complex insurance portfolio, you develop certain expectations from your insurance agent. Here are mine: 1. I want one contact person for all policies 2. I want great communication, a person on the other side of the phone 3. I want no lapse between policies 4. I want the agent to work hard to lower the premiums 5. When an insurance event happens, I want quick, concise, handling 6. I want the person to be nice, kind, professional, proficient I have all that - and more - at the Aaron Whitcomb Allstate Insurance Agency in Issaquah WA. Ryan Wong, my contact person is as responsive as you can imagine. I moved to this agency from another one which shall remain unnamed. My condition at the time was: "I will sign whatever I'm asked to sign, but all else handled by the agency". That was exactly what happened. So, if you have an insurance portfolio, or just a couple of policies, you are unhappy with the service and the responsiveness, and even less happy with the premiums, try Aaron Whitcomb's Allstate Insurance Agency in Issaquah WA. Ask for Ryan. Ask for a quote, and you might just be surprised.
