  It was my pleasure having Linda Johns with us with regards on our purchase of car insurance and I highly appreciated her for being so reliable and convenient to have us here although we just spoke over the phone but knowing someone out there is truly a good and genuine person whom.we can trust without any hesitations and thats a great accomplishment for all both sides. Once again a million thanks to you Linda...from the Carrillo family and the LaGasa as well.

  I came here to get cheaper insurance. Rates are so high right now. They were able to do this. Then my insurance canceled prior to end of policy. Due to getting insurance here I cannot talk to anyone at Nat Gen so I called this office. Was told I was supposed to renew 10 early. First of all, no call, no letter stating this, no text from anyone. So I’m driving around with no insurance but I paid for it! The office said they will call me back after I get off work to fix it but they did not. In fact they waited 2 more days and still left zero messages. I only know by reversing the number that called. This bullshit office is not doing their job and I know that it’s against Wa state law to cancel my policy early per RCW 48.18.2901. They are required to make all efforts to contact me 60 days prior! So I’m not waiting on them and I got my own insurance without a broker and I just saved my self $800 on my whole policy. Don’t let these guys tell you they are the cheapest!

  I came in about a year ago and talked to Brianna after having a issue with progressive and she did an outstanding job researching find me the best rate.she checked up with me a few months later to make sure I was happy with my insurance 😀 she then did some some more research finding me an even better rate. I was in the area stopping in to talk Sibo who was honest and told me after looking into my account to check back in a another couple weeks when my policy renews and he can get me a better rate so I loved that! I then came in two weeks later talked with Anthony and boy was he amazing funny and went above and beyond like Breanna and Sibo finding the best rate as well. Thank you all for your amazing customer service thats what keeps me coming back😄
