She seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions promptly. I was concerned also about the Safe & Save Discount program that I had on my previous vehicle. Ashley laid out the details of how seamless it will be to have that feature transferred over to my new car, laying out what to expect as the updated policy comes into effect. Thank you so much! I also appreciate that all this was accomplished in just a short office stay. Time is precious 🙂
