  Allstate has always came through whenever they were needed. I just recently ran into a little fender bender incident. A young man pulled out on to the highway, and hit my vehicle right above the right rear tire. I contacted Matt ( my insurance agent ) and he explained how to get started with the repair process. That was really about all I had to do, Allstate did all the rest. My car is now fixed and ready to go , there was no hassles or delays in any part of the repair process. My car looks great now! A big thanks to Matt and Allstate for making this all happen…. Just a little side note, I’ve been with Allstate since I started driving, over 50 some years ago and have never been disappointed. You truly are “ In Good Hands “ with Allstate….. Jim

  so my new car fell off the jack as a friend was replacing my brake pads. I took it to the shop to replace the bumper and have it inspected. They asked if it was an insurance claim, which I hadn't even considered. I called Customer service and was told yes, I could file a claim AND due to my safe driving I would save money on my deductible. They ALSO covered a rental car for me to use to get to work while my car was in the shop for a little over a week. It was the easiest, smoothest experience I've ever had. Little to no paperwork, and car is like new again!!! Thank you Allstate and Matthew Ulrich!

  Great customer service. They are always here for us when we need them or have any questions. I just think everything is so expensive.

  Matthew and Danielle are amazing. Always there to answer all my questions. We have multiple policies with them. Homeowners, auto, and life insurance. I feel better knowing we are covered!
