We’ve worked with two other insurance companies in the past, as well as another State Farm office, and the experience with Renee has been completely different. Instead of simply giving us a quote and moving on, Renee actually took the time to go through everything we had, explain what we were paying for, identify where our coverage could be improved, and point out places where we were spending more money than necessary. She made the entire process incredibly simple and straightforward while still taking the time to educate us along the way. What impressed me most is that it didn’t stop after the initial appointment. Over the last several months, we’ve had multiple situations come up and Renee has consistently been responsive, patient, and willing to dig into things rather than just giving us a quick answer. She has helped us with our auto and homeowners coverage, additional insurance needs for our family, and even commercial insurance for our business. Our previous experience with another State Farm office unfortunately felt like we were mostly being handed whatever quote the system generated without much explanation or involvement. Renee was the complete opposite. She actually dissected our situation, made sure everything made sense for us, and somehow found ways to save us money in areas we didn’t even realize were possible. It’s rare to find someone in insurance who makes you feel like they are actually looking out for you rather than simply selling you another policy. Renee has absolutely earned our trust, and I would highly recommend her and the Tyler McClung State Farm office to anyone looking for someone who will actually take the time to understand their situation and help them make informed decisions.
