Alexa made sure she understood my needs, answered all of my questions, responded promptly to my many calls and sent information in a timely manner. We needed a home inspection and thought it might be a lengthy process, but Alexa arranged it and it was carried out less than a week later. She managed the entire stressful process with grace and efficiency. I was very impressed with Alexa and glad that she's my new agent!
