- JMJames Moehring3 days ago5.0I never write reviews, but Jeff is a freaking miracle worker. This man answered my prayers, and I say that as a non-religious person. I was selling my condo and about to close in a few days. I find out our HOA insurance was not up to the buyer's lender's loan requirements. Jeff looked everywhere and exhausted all options, so my team started to see if we could find someone else to provide the insurance needed, but NO ONE could get it because of the age of our building and the lack of holistic upgrades they required. I thought the buyer would walk or have to get a different/worse type of loan. Then, Jeff comes out of nowhere and without my knowledge had kept working to find the insurance coverage we needed. He came through when no one else could, all before our renewal deadline. On top of all that, Jeff is just so incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. Can't thank him enough!
