We initially reached out to him on a tight timeline while handling our home closing, just looking for a quote, but he really went above and beyond. Not only did he give us the best rate compared to other quotes we received, he also worked closely with our mortgage team to make sure everything needed for closing was handled quickly and smoothly. He ended up bundling our new home, our current home, and our car insurance, which gave us a much better overall rate, including an umbrella policy. What really stood out was how helpful and available he was throughout the process. He guided us step by step, answered all our questions clearly, and even helped us figure out how to cancel our previous insurance and switch everything over without any stress.
