- SWSuhang Wu3 days ago5.0I can’t express how much I appreciate everything Bernardo has done for me. I had been shopping around for new home insurance for quite some time but kept putting it off. Bernardo was incredibly patient and persistent, continuing to follow up with me and making sure I understood my options and got the right coverage at a reasonable price. I eventually switched my auto insurance over to them as well and insured my home through their agency. I ended up paying significantly less than what I was previously paying with GEICO while getting substantially better coverage. The customer service has also been superb. Bernardo is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend reaching out to Jessica Schaefer’s agency and speaking with Bernardo about your insurance needs. I’m very happy I made the switch!
