While I can't speak to the experience of processing a claim with him because we've just started our policy, I've already been greatly impressed with his customer service. I submitted a question with my quote and received a call directly from Ryan within 2 minutes. He answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything that was being covered and that everything was correct, and emailed my policy right away after we hung up. The coverage offered for the price is the best I found, along with Ryan's customer service, makes me feel like I've made a great choice. I'm happy to have gone with State Farm!

Constant refusal to take accountability and correct the billing issues I am experiencing because they didn't file the paperwork in a timely manner after I notified them days in advance about a recent move. Once this policy expires I am switching from state farm because of this branch and how little they have cared about rectifying the issues they caused.
