I bundled vehicles, toys and my house which made things super easy. One bill for everything. I recently had an accident which ended in a total loss, this happened around the holidays which had things moving super slow plus Covid on top of it. I called Jerry Frustrated and he told me he would look into it. In my mind I was like yup OK. 45 Minutes late he called me to let me know that I would be receiving a call soon from claims. I got that call shortly after Jerry and I hung up. Jerry really got State farm moving and working to get the process moving. I needed a truck in the middle of winter but had a loan so the process had to go through which winter is my favorite as I braaaap as much as I can. Out of all the agents I have worked with Jerry and his team are the Best by far, most prompt, most personable and are awesome to work with. If you are looking for insurance or a quote I highly recommend that you call Jerry and see for yourself why I took the time to write this Review.
