- SCsue coteAug 10, 20265.0Jerry Farnum's State Farm office was the third agent I spoke to trying to secure homeowners insurance for my pending mortgage application. the first agent couldn't help me as they were out of state and recommended someone in Vermont instead. I called that agent three separate times trying to get them to put together a quote for me and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone as most of the people were out of the office and promises were made and broken. When I called Farnum, Fran Murphy answer the phone and was the most helpful person I had spoken to for any type of business in a very very long time. she was extremely efficient and professional and had me exactly what I needed within 24 hours. she also offered lots of advice on how I can modify the policy as I go along, based on potential renters etc. I highly recommend speaking with her for any of your insurance needs, she is a real gem in this day of mediocre customer service.
