  Chris assisted us in booking a vacation to Turks and Caicos. We stayed at Beaches all inclusive resort. During the planning phase and while we were at the resort, Chris was difficult to get a hold and non-responsive. She was not clear in her communication with us as far as the paperwork that had to get completed before arriving on the island. We did not realize the paperwork must only be completed w/in 3 days of travel. Chris didn't let us know this and when we asked about it she kept putting us off. My Wife and I have snorkel gear and we're debating on taking our fins due to size and weight. Chris said no need, since the resort would allow us to use the fins they had on site. Well, once there we learned the resort no longer provides fins unless you do an excursion. She should have looked into this, as we were not able to do much snorkeling at the beach just down to the left of the resort. Chris should have confirmed this beforehand. Also, Chris told us we could get room service with our concierge level, but when we arrived at the resort they told us only butler room were offered room service. Furthermore, my Wife and I were put into a room that was an adjoining room. We were questioning why they would do this since it was just us two. I'm sure there are concierge rooms that are not adjoining. The family right next door had a sick child that was screaming and crying all night. We felt badly but Chris, knowing it was just us two, should have requested a non adjoining room. We also had a room credit issue that we had to take care of ourselves. We sent a message to Chris and didn't hear back until the following day. Lastly, Chris did not call us or email us after the trip to see how,everything was. Terrible, terrible, customer service. This was our first time using a travel agent and quite frankly, it was not worth it in this case. We may try again with another agent in the future.

  MJ was amazing. She made sure everything went smoothly for my son’s destination wedding at Sandals in Montego Bay Jamaica. She made sure they received my dietary restrictions due to allergies. MJ also took the time to go over everything prior to the trip so there were no issues.

  MJ was very helpful and knowledgeable about our trip and if we had questions she got answers. She explained everything we needed to do so there were no surprises.

  I worked with Pat Fletcher from Alpha Voyages on a trip. We had to reschedule due to COVID 19, however I found Pat Fletcher very unresponsive to emails or calls. I was charged for a trip and after no response from my agent, found nothing was reserved, no hotel, no activities, nothing at all!! I did save the trip by reserving everything myself with the hotel and secured my air fare. Now I have the task of trying to get my money back! I was looking for a good travel agent, to assist with this trip and a few bigger trips I am planning, unfortunately still have not found one. I DO NOT recommend Alpha Voyages Travel Agency!
