I had contacted her back in June to switch my homeowners over to State Farm from another company that was charging me an exorbitant amount. She got everything set up but then discovered that I wasn’t eligible right away due to a claim that had been filed on my existing policy. We needed to wait 3 months. She took the initiative to call me when the claim dropped off my existing policy, got the new policy set up and saved me LOTS of money! I’m so grateful that she didn’t forget about me!
