I cannot say enough good things about Maddi Smith! She was absolutely outstanding in helping my son, who is currently serving in the Navy, obtain the right car insurance coverage. From the very beginning, Maddi was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to explain every option, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless.
