I have maintained my State Farm insurance for several years, and it is bundled to include both home and automobile coverage which I never had a problem. I contacted the office on Friday at noon to request that my home coverage information be emailed to my mortgage company. Rebecca exhibited professionalism and politeness during our telephone conversation.

Had the absolute best experience with Ashlyn. I initially called rather bummed out because of the financial strains I've been going through that led me to having to call State Farm to see what were my payment options. Ashlyn was very empathetic and provided me a solution that worked perfectly with my current situation, all while also engaging with me in a great and friendly conversation. What started off as an unpleasant reason to call lead to being pleasantly surprised. I will definitely continue working with her if possible and I encourage anyone to do so as well!! First and foremost we started off on a good foot, started with Rachel who was very informative and helped us start the transfer process. We understand things were going g to take time with underwriting and we’re patient. We were given a quote that worked well with what we needed. 3 cars with the beacons told we would be getting 10% discount and even if the driving Score was low, it would impacted that.
We were told false information, false quotes. And all representatives we’ve spoke with different notes that were taken. things finalized and now nothing matches what we were told.
It really sucks because we had suck a crappy experience with this agency. Moving from one to another to have received what we did.
