  Mr. Cory Woolford was just the insurance agent I needed. I discovered him as I began my hunt for a new homeowner’s policy as I had unwittingly allowed my former agency to repeatedly increased my personal liability limits and consequently my insurance premiums over the last 3 years. He was very knowledgeable and spoke to me in a non-condescending manner and that is priceless to me as a female customer. During our conversations, his patience and willingness to elaborate and chime in with pertinent information on many topics related to Virginian homeowner’s insurance policies and coverages allowed me to leave our conversations confident I could make an informed decision as I endeavoured to change my insurance agency/agent and adjust my coverages. Mr. Woolford made me feel like a valued customer and I would without hesitation recommend him to a friend or family member seeking to purchase a new homeowner’s insurance policy.

  A few months ago, I was referred to Cory at Brightway Insurance when I was purchasing my first home, and I’m so glad I was! I had already spoken with several other insurance companies while shopping around, but I walked away from most of those conversations feeling more confused and concerned, and needing more clarity. From the moment I spoke with Cory, it was completely different. He took the time to genuinely listen to me, explain my options, and make sure I felt comfortable with the coverage I was choosing. I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a policy. It genuinely felt like his priority was making sure I understood what I was getting and felt good about my decision, regardless of who I moved forward with. On top of that, the rate I got through Brightway was still extremely affordable! Cory’s personality, knowledge, and experience really has made the whole process so much easier. Buying my first home was already overwhelming enough, and having someone who could clearly explain all the confusing insurance details made a huge difference. I left every conversation feeling confident, and never found myself leaving with additional questions or concerns. Even after getting my policy, Cory has continued to be incredibly helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, he’s been quick to respond, kind, and extremely prompt. It’s evident that he truly cares about his clients. I’m extremely happy I chose to move forward with Brightway, and especially grateful that I had Cory to help me through the process.   My experience working with Cory Has been really great and he’s really knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to go with him and when I talk to him about looking at other brokers, he was willing to make sure that the rates were right and I was getting the best offer. Would definitely recommend anybody looking for an agent to go with Cory and Brightway
