  I cannot say enough good things about Taylor and Cory. They were both extremely helpful, down to earth, and very quick with responding and getting me coverage. They definitely took a huge stress off of me during the home buying process. By far the best around and cannot recommend them enough.

  Taylor and Cory assisted with getting my homeowner insurance and automotive insurance bundled and they knocked it out of the park with their quality of customer service. They walked me through each step of the process and even found areas where I could increase coverage meanwhile reducing cost!

  Taylor is incredible. I had a difficult insurance situation where my license was suspended due to an insurance oversight. Cory and Taylor navigated me through that, and really broke it down in a way that I could understand, and helped guide me so I felt confident making decisions about the policies they helped me secure! I’m saving on my insurance every month, I understand my policies, and I’m completely happy with my experience! Bonus: Their office is clean, beautiful, and comfortable! Brightway is the way to go for insurance 100%!

  If I could give 10 stars I would. I called for one policy, I ended up getting that plus replaced two others. I worked with Taylor Woolford and here is what you get when you work with him: 1) Someone who truly cares. Saying he went above and beyond to make sure I got the right price and the right coverage is an understatement. He examined other estimates I got and clarified what I was missing on each one and what the risks were. 2) Patience. I have the ability to test people’s patience like no others but he was always so professional and helpful that I have been wishing to have him as representative of any vendor I use. I never worked with someone better. 3) Availability! Have worked with people professionally that never keep you in the loop, or return your call or text 24, 48 hell even 72 hours later. Not Taylor, the longest I waited, even though he normally answers every time I call, has been 5 minutes. 4) Best value and rate! I shopped around a lot and he was able to still give me the best rate and value. Oh and they don’t charge a fee like other agencies. I mean if you need a new insurance just do yourself a really nice present and give him a call.
