More than forty years of excellent service. I also pay a lot less for everything than any other insurance company could offer me. It pays to be loyal!

Allstate saved me $450/year when I switched from an auto and homeowner policy I had for 62 years from another insurance company. I reached out to Allstate and spoke with Sondra C., she was very pleasant and had excellent customer service! She listened to my issue, sent a claim over for review and ensured me that she would provide me with a follow up call within a week or so and she did! The issue hasn’t been resolved as of yet however, I can honestly say that with Sondra giving her word and following through, even if it’s just to say “I haven’t forgotten you and we’re still working on it “ means a lot, allows me to smile and shows Allstate values me as a customer.
