  Margaret Newcomb is an amazing agent with Cindy Shumaker. She has helpful tips for navigating Virginia car registration, apartment rental insurance, helpful homeowners policy information for first time condo purchase, and a host of other local and state navigational tips. She is the most thorough and comprehensive agent I have ever had. Doing business with her is like calling a friend whose advice you trust.

  Garrett Rozier was so on the ball when he called me back right after I submitted an online quote request today on Saturday! He was pleasant, thorough about all the options, their cost and his recommendations. We connected through some other things in common which made our discussion even more enjoyable!   I recently got my life insurance policy through State Farm, and Tamara Taylor was my agent. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. The policy took longer than expected to get approved, and I was a little frustrated with the lengthy process, but Tamara kept me updated every day and was always there to answer my questions.   I'm here to do my review on the most helpful State Farm personnel that I've ever dealt with, Mrs. Margaret N. I've been a State Farm client for over 20 years and when I met her, I knew that this was my new spot for insurance, and that's a rare find. Margaret, "as I call her", always return my calls in a timely manner, she finds answers to questions I have, and she even tried to assist in helping me look for a vehicle. With her and me, it's like a close family. If you don't have that in your insurance agent, maybe you should give Cindy Schumaker State Farm a call and get closer to your agents. As for me, I'm never leaving this agent unless she retires. Thank you all, for who you are and what you do for my family and me.
