Carolina and find that Julie Whitaker, our State Farm Agent here, is excellent. Julie took a considerable amount of time to review all of our insurance needs. She explained the differences between insurance in North Carolina and Virginia in non-insurance terms and patiently answered all of our questions. Julie was very prompt in following up on some questions that we had during our office visit with her. When I say prompt, I mean the next day or two!!! Julie is very pleasant to work with, is very knowledgeable and professional, and her staff reflects that too.
