Katie and Elizabeth were very patient, deliberate, thorough, and helped us to the finish line. When I needed documentation to cancel and backdate the previous policies, Katie knocked that out also... late on a Friday afternoon. That is Insurance Empress performance!

In 2002, I switched from another office to Sharon Godfrey’s, and must say, I will never work with another agent ever again if o can help it. There’ve been major life changes over the last 20+ years, and every single contact with their office has been absolutely top tier. Everyone is kind, extremely knowledgeable, detailed, practical - all the things one could possibly hope for. Since 2002 I’ve had auto, life, renter’s, homeowner’s insurance policies through them, and every step - thanks to this office - has left me better informed, prepared, and safer for the relationship with them.
