- LALisa AshbaughApr 11, 20265.0UPDATE: This morning, April 13th, im editing my original post because I received a call from Mr.Rex Stiltner, himself, and I finally got answers to cancelling my mom's car insurance. Mr.Stiltner is a very pleasant person and I enjoyed talking with him over this issue. I feel very confident that it will be handled immediately and no one else will run into the same issue with his office because this will be a learning experience for his office. As for Allstate customer service, I hope you do better with getting the agents their messages when you deal with a customer during non-business hours because your agents need that communication that they trust you with! Again, thank you very much Mr.Stiltner for reaching out to me and helping me clear up this matter...I really appreciate it and you!!! Sincerely, Lisa Ashbaugh ORIGINAL POST: I would leave a zero if possible! I notified Rex Stiltner's office, an Allstate agent from Lebanon, Va. on March 23rd 2026 of my mother's passing and then again on March 27th and the lady said they were never notified on the 23rd and I asked her if I needed to do anything further to make sure the car insurance policy was cancelled and she said no. Well just to make sure it was cancelled on April 11th I called the Customer Service line and they said that its not cancelled and to call the agent!!! YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE AND AGAIN IF YOU TRY TO CHARGE MY DECEASED MOTHER MONEY FOR A POLICY THAT WAS TO BE CANCELLED ON THE 23RD OF MARCH I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!!!!
