  Like a good neighbor State Farm is there. We found out this is a true statement. My husband and I have been a State Farm policy owner for three years. Having just completed our Will and Trust, we needed to have the Trust added to our Homeowners policy, so we decided to transfer our policies from the State Farm Maryland location to Agent Mark Crump in Hampton, Virginia since we live in Suffolk, and we wanted to do this in person. I called the office and I spoke to Carrie who was very pleasant and helpful. She explained the transfer process and she made an appointment for us to see Lisa Crump. At our appointment I showed Lisa the Declaration Page that was mailed to us listing our vehicles and noticed one of our vehicles was inadvertently left off by mistake. Lisa immediately made a couple of phone calls to correct the mistake so we would remain in good standing with the DMV. Lisa said it would take a few days to have the vehicle added back on the vehicle policy and for us not to worry. Mistakes do happen but it's how you are treated in the process that matters most to me. Lisa then did what was necessary to add the Trust to our Homeowners policy which was the main reason for our visit. She also gave us suggestions/tips to protect us as a homeowner which we did. I know wisdom when I hear it! Thank you Lisa for your kindness, care and expertise in knowing just what to do. Thank you Carrie for helping us regarding the transfer and thank you Tamara for greeting us with a smile when we arrived for our appointment. I hope I've spelled the names correctly. I want to add the office is beautifully decorated and it smelled fresh and clean. Thank you Mark Crump State Farm and most of all thank you Lord for blessing us.
