  I recently had the pleasure of working with State Farm, specifically with Mark Crump and his team, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Mrs. Lisa Crump was instrumental in helping me create my Life Insurance Policy. She made the entire process incredibly simple and took the time to explain everything in a way that I could easily understand. Additionally, Ms. Tamara, the administrative assistant, greeted me warmly and was extremely helpful in finalizing my policy. I truly appreciated her kindness and support throughout the process. What stood out the most was Mr. Crump himself, who took the time to step out from his office to address my last-minute questions regarding new information about my policy. His willingness to assist made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend Mark Crump, Agent and Owner of State Farm, for all your insurance and financial needs. Their dedication to customer service is truly exemplary!

  My wife and I are relocating to Newport News for a new job in Hampton, and we had the pleasure of working with James. In a matter of about two hours, we had all documentation we needed for a new house purchase AND he was able to save us over $200 every month on car insurance at the same time! He took the time to talk about the area, suggested music events to attend, and was just simply a very helpful person. We feel like we already made a friend in Hampton Roads!

  Tamara was VERY helpful in helping me with a billing issue. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable regarding the situation and resolved my issue quickly. I hope all of your staff are as helpful as she was. Kudos to her!

  Being a young adult trying to get insurance figured out has been very difficult, however I spoke with Tamara and she answered all my questions with such a positive attitude. She was very knowledgeable and she was able to “dumb things down” for me without making me feel stupid. Thanks so much Tamara! You are very much appreciated!!

  People when I tell you about the team at Mark Crump (State Farm) Tamara and Carrie!! Water got into the computer in my car, which caused all types of issues😭When I say heartbroken, it was like I had lost a family member. I purchased another vehicle because I was told that it could not be repaired💔 When I called State Farm to add the new vehicle to my policy, they questioned me about my current vehicle😢 They stopped me in mid air. Asking questions referring the flooded out computer. They suggested to contact the claims department and see what could be done if anything🤔 At this point I’m panicking because I have a tow truck on the way to pick up my destroyed vehicle for salvage. The claims department was on it right away. The agent said we’re going to look at your vehicle to try and figure out what happened. OMG (HAPPY)!! She instructed me to have the tow truck driver take my vehicle to the repair shop and give me instructions for a rental with no out of pocket cost (THANK YOU JESUS)!! While all this is happening Tamara and Carrie calling me asking what’s going on, did you talk to claim, what can we do to help, what did they say??? My heart was over joyed, I’m crying happy tears feeling like someone actually cares about me and what I’m dealing with. My car was 45 minutes from be salvaged😭 I can never thank you ladies enough, you all are the absolute best. You both went above and beyond for me. Thank you so very much!!!
