- WMWhiskey MikeSep 30, 20265.0I recently had my vehicle towed with Leon Litz State Farm Insurance Agent through the mobile app. And it was a very pleasant and easy process l contact Roadside Assistance Operator and they sent out a Licensed Trusted Tow Service Operator to my Residence and the Technician took my car to the Service that l requested without any issues l highly recommend that have your car in a position to be towed and give the Operator detailed instructions about your needs like drop off the keys in the night box and take pictures of that process or any other specific instructions to the receiving Party of your vehicle. Great Mobile App and Very User Friendly. 😁
