  It's not everyday you talk to someone who truly listens and understand as a customer they care about you. Not trying just to sell you insurance but wanting to treat you like a friend and not just a customer. I called her after receiving a flyer. No I'm not getting paid for my statements. She is truly a great agent. Jamie you ROCK!

  I was in the market for Auto and Homeowner's insurance. I received a mailer from Christine's office and luck would have it that Kelsey Watson answered my call! Ms. Watson helped me understand some of the nuances associated with car insurance - including why you should NEVER let your insurance lapse. Additionally, she helped me change over my homeowner's policy and after going step by step for coverage, I'm saving $500 annually! My needs were fully met and Kelsey was communicative and on point with her follow-ups and return calls. At the end of the day, I'm covered fully and relieved that there were some savings. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please do yourself a favor and contact them and ask for Kelsey!

  Michelle and Christine were fabulous. I was in the process of changing companies and they were instrumental in guiding me through the process. What I thought was going to be daunting was actually a very easy and smooth transition.   Jesse is an exceptional senior customer service agent. I was at wits end trying to resolve a bauble that happened when I signed up for my coverage - that was not my fault but a simple typo in my information. Mine the less I am appreciate that I got Jesse because she pretty much babysat me for almost two weeks ensuring that my situation was taken care of. Jesse was a good listener with attention to detail and she is earnest, professional and passionate about helping her customers. Thanks AllState- you got a "great" person on your staff.
